"Wild" isn’t a word frequently associated with Bordeaux, so here is a rare exception. All natural yeasts, the slightest dollop of sulfur, no filtration or fining, and (of course) organic farming make this a bit of a flamboyant bird in an otherwise composed and sober red Bordeaux landscape.
