Product description
To make Klein Constantia Vin de Constance wine, each batch of grapes is kept separate. The most ripe grapes with good acidity and sugar concentration are separated. 50% of the wine ages in 500L barrels and 50% in French oak foudres for 36 months on its lees. Finally, the different wines are mixed and spend 6 more months resting before being bottled.
The nose is intense with complex flavors of jam, spices, ginger and grapefruit. The palate is rich and voluminous, the wine has body but with vibrant acidity. It is balanced with a perfect harmony between salinity, acidity, spices and sweetness
Ideal to accompany sweet or fruit-based desserts.
