Product description
The only Aloxe-Corton made from 100% Pinot Gris, called “Pinot Beurot” in Burgundy. This wine is very long in the mouth, not very acidic, all in harmony and finesse.
TASTING : Gold color, green reflections. A very mineral and elegant wine.
FOOD : Pan-fried foie gras.
Seafood (mussels or shrimps for example). Grilled fish.
In tasting for the aperitif.
AGING : Aging capacity: 10 years
