This vintage is a nod to a person who, at the time, was the promoter of Jean-Michel Guillon’s installation. This Gevrey-Chambertin is rather racy (small Pinot de Bourgogne). Aromas of black fruits are omnipresent and at the end of the palate a light tannin is felt.
