The ruby-red colour with delicate purple-blue highlights is particularly attractive and radiant.
The nose is convivial, lively, and youthful… The red berry aromas provide an aromatic concerto of strawberries, raspberries and cherries, soon followed by floral notes of blue iris and violets to complete this delicate olfactory delight.
In keeping with the nose, the palate is sweet, airy and smooth like the tuffeau stones of the white Champigny terroir. The balance of flavour is perfect — gentle and light with no tannins… pure pleasure!

Freshwater fish and red wine sauce, cold meats, carpaccio and beef tartare, and soft cheeses.
