Color: Ruby open.
Aroma: Elegant combination of some red fruit (strawberries, blackberries) with light vegetable notes and tobacco leaf.
Mouth: Surprisingly structured and enveloping but smooth, with present acidity and persistent finish.
Gastronomy: Consumed between 12-14ºC, with grilled fish and meat, cooked fish dishes, risotto and oven-roasted meat. Excellent aperitif wine.
