Greco. The color is yellow with golden reflections. The scent is intense and persistent. Clear sensations of fruit can be recognized on the nose, from green plum to the "Mast'Antuono" pear (typical of Campania) up to decisive balsamic sensations of mint. On the palate, the acidic shoulder and the marked minerality typical of the area are immediately perceived.
Excellent with raw seafood, buffalo mozzarella, sea bass and baked bread.
