Rosé from Cesanese di Affile grapes produced in Colle Pazzo in the municipality of Olevano Romano. Soft pressing, fermentation with maceration on the skins for 1 week in wood with constant pumping over every day. Aging in large or small chestnut wood barrels depending on the vintage. Summer, delicious and pop version of direct and fresh Cesanese.
Nose: Fragrant and floral wine, with notes of ripe red fruit and delicate floral nuances.
Taste: Medium-bodied mouth, balanced but without sacrificing the typical freshness.
Pairing: An excellent rosé as an aperitif, which pairs very well with land-based appetizers and vegetarian dishes.
