Vinification: Manual harvest in optimal conditions and cooling of the grapes, White from direct pressing, fermentation of the grape variety in thermoregulated stainless steel vats between 8° and 14°. The pale yellow color, sparkling with golden reflections. Its pure and elegant nose is flattering of a very ripe Sauvignon, marked by aromas of white fruits and enhanced by aromatic and floral notes. The attack on the palate is lively and complex. Intensity and persistence of flavors characterize “LeBlanc Kosher”, both elegant and distinguished.
