Product description
Pierre-Luc Leyvraz understands like no other to bring out perfectly the advantages of the Saint-Saphorin, of its steep vineyard Les Blassinges. The soil is sparse and contains little clay, but is very calcareous. This terroir is reflected in the wine, which is fresh and fruity with mineral and floral notes. Aromas of almonds, quince and honeysuckle on the palate indicate its full-bodied character and end in a salty finish.
