Ajornada Carvalho Cachaça is produced from mature sugarcane that is hand cut and pressed within hours of being harvested. We then ferment using naturally occurring wild yeast. Copper pot distillation is utilized to ensure the highest quality possible to ensure superior quality.
Ajornada Cachaça is grown, harvested, and distilled on the same multi-generational family farm in the countryside of Minas Gerais a few hours outside of Rio de Janeiro. It contains no sugar and no additives of any kind.
Aged for 12-18 months in Whiskey barrels from Tennessee that were shipped down to our farm in Brasil. It is perfect for the Whiskey and Bourbon drinkers in your life looking to try something incredibly unique
