TASTING
In the glass, Perste' has an intense straw yellow colour.
It has a broad aroma, of considerable finesse with notes of peach and apricot.
On the palate the great structure of this wine is recognisable, as is the accentuated minerality.
It is full-bodied, soft, fresh and tasty.
The balance between mineral, alcohol and acidity is also excellent.

8°-10°C
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with typical appetizers of the Piedmontese tradition such as veal with tuna sauce, stuffed courgette flowers, rabbit, chicken, guinea fowl, raw porcini mushroom salad.
Highly recommended with both cooked and raw fish specialities.
