Product description

Of Galician origin, Nordés is a botanical-type gin, made using a slow and careful process. The best neutral alcohols are selected, and the best Galician Albariño white grapes , as a result we have a gin with a fresh and smooth character. In addition, the distillate is qualified with 11 natural botanicals.

Delicate notes of white flowers, marialuisa and ginger appear in the foreground, in harmony with balsamic notes of mint, eucalyptus and laurel, accompanied by a slight touch of juniper.

On the palate, balsamic, fresh and fruity notes are present, with retronasal hints of bay leaf and juniper. In our opinion it is the best Galician gin and one of the best nationwide. With a fruity flavor that leaves no one indifferent.

A fresh, fruity nose, with citrusy notes from the lemon verbena and Albariño base, green herbal tones, as well as white fruit aromas and a whiff of sea salt. On the palate, fruit-forward and spicy, featuring white peach and the subtle undertone of juniper, with beautiful balance and a smooth profile.
