Very bubbly and light pale in color. Expressive nose of rose hip, violets and limes. Fresh strawberries and raspberries on the palate with a frothy mouthfeel. Crisp and refreshing with persistent flavors throughout. This is a charming dry sparkler.
Grape from vineyards in the municipality of Monti, (North-East of Sardinia Region) at 1000 -1100 feet above sea-level.
Tasting notes: Brilliant straw colour with rich and thin perlage. Delicate and fresh bouquet.
Dry taste with aromatic component of fresh fruit.
Food matching: Excellent with seafood, crustaceans and or as an aperitif.
Serving temperature: 7 -8°C (45-46°F).
