Product description
Sieman, meaning "six hands" in local Veneto dialect, is run by three brothers, Marco, Daniele, and Andrea Filippini. For them, the plot of land in the Colli Berici area, near Vicenza, was love at first sight. Part of their grape harvests goes into their beers. You'll find in each one, their territory, work in the vineyard, and connection to their wines. Fermentation and aging occurs slowly in wood barrels.
The Funky Rose is their interpretation of Berliner weisse. Far from the modern Berliner weisse, this beer ferments and matures for 5 months in oak barrels with our indigenous yeasts. At the end of maturation, they directly add the native Tai Rosso grapes grown in the Berici Hills.
For fans of sour beers, and natural whites and roses with a touch of funk.
